Devin Allen, a Baltimore native, became only the third amateur photographer to have a photo featured on the cover of TIME magazine.

His work has been published in New York Magazine, The Washington Post, The New York Times, CNN, BBC, NBC News, Aperture, and Yahoo! His photography has also been exhibited at the Smithsonian.
